Soup of the day with crusty bread

Pressed ham hock terrine, poached leeks with grain mustard vinaigrette & toast

Dill & black pepper-cured salmon, shaved fennel, orange dressing & malted sourdough

Butterbean, roasted garlic & marjoram pate, pickled walnut & feta salad, crispbread

Saddle & ballontine of rabbit with redcurrant compote, summer berries & Sarratt watercress

Beetroot & broad bean risotto with melted mascarpone & baby beetroot shoots

Supreme of corn-fed chicken with crisp chorizo, pissaladiere tart & summer flower salad

Fillet of Cornish hake with steamed chard & green bean & preserved lemon fregola

Traditional roast sirloin of local beef with Yorkshire pudding & all the trimmings

Roast local free-range loin of pork with crackling, apple sauce, & all the trimmings
