2010 ... off to a great start!

After a rather wobbly start (thanks to the snow!) business has been extremely good, significantly up on the same period last year.
Adam and his team in the kitchen are greatly encouraged by this and are really going that extra mile on a daily basis. A recent Australian visitor was recently reduced to tears by the utter deliciousness of a taste from his English childhood past : slow-braised oxtail with roasted carrot dumplings and parsley mash. Yes, it can get quite emotional round here!
This business is all about giving pleasure and when you get it right ... well then it's an incredibly satisfying business to be in, for all concerned, customers, chefs and front of house ... the whole team!
